Quadra Island Arts

Quadra breeds some creative folk…There might just actually be something in the water because there's an abundance of creative people around here. This place must have the highest ratio of artist to (non-)average Joe's.

Pick up one of Quadra's Artist Studios & Galleries to carry around with you, it's free and found at most of the shops on Quadra.

I haven't been to enough studios and galleries to give you the goods so I copied this from the Quadra's Artist Studios & Galleries pamphlet, but note that having the map is quite helpful. My own comments are done in colour.

I've been to Mike's house for sweatlodges with his wife (another winning woman) Wendy. During the post-sweat feast I wandered around the house and some of Mike's work was hanging up and boy oh boy, I truly admired it, and wanted wanted wanted.
